There is no minimum for in-store purchases. For online orders, a minimum amount may apply depending on delivery location.

Do you offer delivery for your desserts and what are the delivery areas?

Yes, we do and you can select the option upon check out. We deliver nationwide, except offshore islands.
How much is the delivery or shipping fee?

It will be flat delivery fee of $15 for orders below $80 and free delivery for orders $80 and above.
What are the delivery time slots?

Delivery is available Monday through Sunday and please refer to available time slots accordingly.
What is the leadtime for my orders to be ready?

Typically 3 days upon order confirmation. Please contact us via WhatsApp for same day orders / urgent orders (less than 3 days).
What happens if I’m not home to receive my delivery?

For deliveries, we recommend providing a time window when someone will be available.

Can I order online and pick up in-store?

Yes, you can select the "in-store pickup" option during checkout for no additional charge.
Do I need to bring anything to pick up my order?

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation or a valid ID when picking up your order.
Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes, but please provide their name during checkout, and they must present a valid ID when picking up.
What are your store hours for pickup?

Pickup is available from Fri to Sun (12pm to 6pm) and by appointment from Mon to Thur. Check our website for holiday hours or special closures.
Storage and How to Consume FAQs
How do we store and consume the Tiramisu?
+
All our tiramisu are delivered frozen. Upon receiving, please put in the fridge (4 to 5 deg c) to chill down for at least 4 hours before consumption and to finish consuming it within 3 days. Do not refreeze the tiramisu once it has been chilled.
What if we wish to consume the Tiramisu as soon as possible?

Put it out at around 20 to 22 deg c for at least 1.5h (might vary according the size of the tiramisu received) before consuming. Put it into the fridge within 20min if not continuing with consumption.
What happens if we wish to eat it frozen?

It will taste like ice cream if eaten frozen. Hence, it is advisable to chill it down properly to have the best experience.

What is your return policy for desserts?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately.
Can I get a refund or replacement if my dessert arrives damaged?

If your dessert arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
How long do refunds take to process?
