This website is operated by Tmizus (Tiramizus De Sensare). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Tmizus. Tmizus offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms").

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud avoidance system.

Upon successfully placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Order confirmation does not constitute our final acceptance of your order; it is a confirmation that we have received it.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order using the accepted payment methods provided at checkout.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

5. Products and Perishability

Our products are freshly made desserts containing perishable ingredients such as mascarpone cheese, eggs, and espresso. Tiramisu products are delivered frozen or chilled and must be stored and consumed according to our storage instructions provided on the packaging and website.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once orders have been prepared or dispatched.

6. Delivery and Pick-Up

Delivery is available across Singapore main island (excluding restricted zones). We will deliver to the address specified in your order during the selected delivery time slot.

For in-store pick-up, orders must be collected during our designated operating hours at our Thomson V TWO outlet.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. Refunds or replacements are only issued in the event of wrong, defective or damaged products upon delivery, subject to photo verification within 24 hours of receipt.

8. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

9. Optional Tools and Third-Party Links

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us.

10. User Comments and Feedback

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

In no case shall Tmizus, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Tmizus and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.
